Elim Game Farm – A Place of Retreat

Hunt prices: 2021:

Springbuck ram: – R1 600.00 each
Springbuck ewe: – R1 600.00 each
Blesbok ram: – R2 000.00 each
Blesbok ewe: – R2 000.00 each
Black wildebeest bull: – R3 500.00 each
Black wildebeest cow: – R3 500.00 each

Missed shot tariff: R200.00 per shot
Day visitor/ hunter tariff: R300.00 per person per day
Day tariff for use of Rabe Boerdery vehicle: R300 per day

Hunting conditions apply:

Elim Game Farm reserves the right to cancel any hunt if we deem the hunter unfit/ unqualified to hunt
Please note that Elim Game Farm only allows a percentage of game to be hunted each season. We will inform you asap if game is no longer available to hunt.
Payment for hunting: Cash only
Wounded animals will be charged for at full price
Hunting of game other than agreed upon will be charged at full price of hunted game.

Elim Game Farm – Lodge Accommodation:

Accommodation charged at R300 per person per night and R150 for additional person sharing a room. Thus, R450 per night per room with 2 people sharing, and R600 per night per room with 3 people sharing.

All rooms have a Bar Fridge, and Tea & Coffee Station.

Kitchen (Stove, Oven, Microwave, Fridge, Toaster, Urn, Kettle)
Dishes can be washed every morning at 8am – please arrange with us should the time not suite you – we will do our utmost to accommodate your request
Lounge,
Dining Room, and Indoor Braai area/ Fireplace.
Outdoor Braai area – Wood, Open.

Amenities:
• Self- catering.
• Bathroom Towels.
• Guest Bathroom (Toilet, Basin).

Arrival & Departure Policy:
• Check-in 14:00 – 19:00 hours
• Check-out 10:00 – 11:00 hours

Early check-in/late checkout is subject to availability or as arranged with management.
No Smoking is permitted inside our buildings/venue

SPECIAL NOTES:
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations should be done 5 days prior to the day of arrival to be exempted from the cancellation charges. This is equivalent to 1 day’s retention charges. All No shows will also attract 1 day’s retention charges. A non-refundable reservation fee of R300, 00 is billed to the confirmation of reservation used to guarantee the room reservation.

Guarantee Policy:
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a 50% cash payment or EFT payment. Balance of accommodation to be paid 2 days before arrival via EFT.

No card payments are accepted.

Directions to Elim Game Farm

-When driving from Johannesburg, drive on the N1 until you get to the R42 Vanderbijlpark turn off
-Please take it and proceed to the stop street
-Turn right on the R553/R42 Parys. Drive for 2,5 km
-Turn right on the Louisrus road and drive for approximately 7 km
-Turn left on the R54 Potchefstroom road
-Drive for approximately 13,3 km
-Turn right on the Cardoville road. It is a dirt road
-There is a blue container as you turn right
-Travel for approximately 4 km on the dirt road and turn left on first dirt road turning left
-There are trees that have been cut down on both sides of the road and one still standing
-Drive on the road for approximately 3,7 km
-Turn right at the walls- Rabe Boerdery
-Drive down with the road for 1,7 km till you get to big gates
-Proceed through the gates and follow the signs.Please close all gates behind you
-Please phone when you turn in at the farm. We will go up with you to the lodge/Venue.
